About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Customer Lifecycle Marketing to lead our comprehensive customer engagement strategy. This pivotal role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing programs across all Chai Point customer touchpoints: Retail Stores, Corporate Vaas (Vending as a Service), and Delivery. You will focus on driving key customer metrics from acquisition and initial engagement through to retention and winback, ultimately increasing customer Lifetime Value (LTV). This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution across multi-channels, and a data-driven approach to achieve measurable results. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): - Customer Lifecycle Strategy: Craft, develop, and lead Chai Points end-to-end Customer Lifecycle Marketing program strategically designed to drive acquisition, enhance engagement, and execute effective winback initiatives for new and existing customers across Retail, Vaas, and Delivery ecosystems. - Growth Channel Development: Focus on identifying, building, and optimizing high-impact marketing channels and innovative programs specifically aimed at driving customer acquisition, fostering engagement, and improving retention/winback rates to significantly increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). - Automated CRM Development: Develop, implement, and automate sophisticated end-to-end CRM strategies and workflows focused on nurturing existing customers and maximizing their Lifetime Value (LTV) through personalized and timely communications. - Multi-channel Program Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of ROI-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns. This includes leveraging direct communication channels such as SMS, emailers, WhatsApp, on-ground promotional activities, and in-house mobile app notifications to engage customers at various stages of their journey. - Ecosystem Integration: Design and create a seamless system to integrate and map customer data from all three core end-customer ecosystems (Retail Stores, Delivery platforms, and Corporate Machines/VaaS) into a single, unified customer universe. This integration will enable the development and execution of sustainable and impactful cross-selling programs across platforms. Minimum Experience Required: 6+ years of minimum relevant experience in Customer Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or a related field, preferably within the B2C or F&B/Retail/E-commerce sectors. Preferred Experience: - Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing outcome-driven direct marketing campaigns with a clear focus on measurable results (ROI). - Proficiency in using various marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and marketing technology stacks. - Strong ability to self-analyze data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics without constant reliance on external analytics support.
