Who we are looking for:

As the business continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious Fractional CFO to deliver our distinctive approach to fractional Finance Director/CFO services for mid tier organisations. This opportunity suits someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys working closely with business owners to drive growth and impact. There is no fixed pay. The person will be exclusive to CFO Centre post joining.

The Company provides top class fractional Finance Director/CFO support to businesses that do not need, do not want and probably cannot afford a full time CFO, but require senior financial expertise on a regular or situational basis. Working in a strong collegiate environment, all FDs/CFOs are fully qualified, bring real world leadership experience, and share a commitment to excellence and long term, sustainable client growth.

Required skills & experience:

- Candidate should be based out of NCR. No applicants other than NCR residents will be accepted.

- Proven leader who empowers, manages and develops others.

- Collaborative team player with experience building high performing teams.

- Strong relationship building skills across teams, clients and accounts.

- Demonstrated success in new business development, with a growth mindset.

- Entrepreneurial and commercially driven.

- Experienced in recruiting, developing and motivating people.

- Track record of building and sustaining a successful team or division.

- Ability to build and leverage fee distribution, ideally with an established local client base.

- Clear understanding of, and empathy with, the CFO role.

- Good presentation and communication skills.

- Aligned with the Company culture, with the ability to self fund the role during its initial phase.

- Commercial background, focused on strategic impact, not pure number crunching.
