We are hiring a Centre Head for one of the leading premium coworking and managed workspace organisations in Mangaluru. The role involves complete ownership of the entire building/workspace, including operations, people, vendors, member experience, and financial performance.

This is a senior leadership role with high visibility and accountability, ideal for professionals from coworking, large hospitality properties, or commercial real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations & Building Management

- Own end-to-end operations of the entire workspace/building

- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning with minimal downtime

- Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure operational excellence

- Handle escalations and operational issues beyond standard working hours when required

Facility & Vendor Management

- Manage facility operations including maintenance, utilities, security, housekeeping, and safety

- Lead and manage external vendors; ensure SLA adherence

- Negotiate contracts and drive cost optimisation initiatives

- Ensure statutory, legal, and safety compliance

Team Leadership

- Lead community teams, facility managers, maintenance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders

- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability

- Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and service excellence

Member Experience

- Ensure a seamless and high-quality member experience across the workspace

- Work closely with community and sales teams to address feedback and improve retention

- Conduct regular audits and walkthroughs to maintain brand standards

Financial & P&L Management

- Own operational budgets and P&L for the building

- Track revenue, occupancy, costs, and profitability

- Prepare and present operational and financial reports to leadership

- Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities

Growth & Expansion

- Support new workspace launches and operational handovers

- Collaborate with design, projects, and marketing teams

- Build scalable systems to support future growth

Required Skills & Experience

- 8-12 years of experience in Operations / Facility / Property Management

- Background in Coworking, Managed Offices, Hospitality (large properties), or Commercial Real Estate preferred

- Experience managing entire buildings or large facilities

- Strong vendor management and team leadership experience

- Hands-on exposure to budgeting, cost control, and P&L management

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ownership-driven, hands-on leader with strategic thinking ability

Language & Location Requirements

- Fluency in English - Mandatory

- Kannada - Mandatory

- Tulu or other local languages - Added advantage

- Candidates must be open to working from Mangaluru.
