Role Summary:
Cedar is seeking a high-caliber Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead the growth of a high-performance, international consulting organization. With an 8-12 year track record, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from campus strategy to executive search.
This role is designed for a self-starter who understands the nuances of professional services recruitment and can balance high-volume campus hiring with the precision required for lateral and niche FinTech placements. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and HRMS platforms like Zoho to build a data-driven talent pipeline, ensuring that Cedar continues to attract individuals who can execute complex business and technology transformations for global banking leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Define and execute the global recruitment strategy to support Cedars mid-sized but high-performance organizational model.
- Campus Recruitment Leadership: Develop and manage relationships with premier campus programs in India and overseas to secure top-tier entry-level talent.
- Direct Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Lead direct hiring efforts utilizing LinkedIn and other digital platforms to reduce dependency on external agencies.
- Executive Search Coordination: Partner with select search firms to identify and recruit for key leadership and subject matter expert positions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the firms leadershippioneers in the Balanced Scorecard and human capital spaceto align hiring with strategic business goals.
- HRMS & Process Automation: Optimize the recruitment workflow within Zoho or similar talent management platforms to ensure data integrity and a seamless candidate experience.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct rigorous behavioral and professional attribute assessments to ensure candidates align with Cedars entrepreneurial and high-performance culture.
- Employer Branding: Represent Cedars 35-year heritage and its group firms (IBSI and Cedar-IBSI Capital) to enhance the firms attractiveness in the FinTech and consulting markets.
- Reporting & Metrics: Develop and present talent acquisition dashboards, tracking time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire journey from job deconstruction and sourcing to final negotiation and onboarding.
Technical & Professional Requirements:
- Core Experience: 812 years of relevant experience, with a significant portion in a talent acquisition role within a reputed professional services firm or specialized recruiting firm.
- Platform Proficiency: Mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or equivalent HRMS Talent Management systems.
- Sourcing Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proactive talent mapping.
- Assessment Skills: Strong ability to evaluate complex professional attributes and personal soft skills essential for management consulting.
- Consulting Context: Deep understanding of the professional services business model and the specific talent requirements of global advisory firms.
