- Communication Crafts is a full-service creative and digital agency based in Ahmedabad, founded in 2005.

- With a team of creatives, strategists and video production experts, we deliver end-to-end branding, advertising, digital marketing, video & film production, and content creation services.

- Communication Crafts is looking for a Group Head - Creative Services to lead our creative vision and drive impactful brand storytelling.

Experience: 10-12 years (Agency background preferred).

Industry: Advertising & Marketing.

Location: Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad (Onsite role).

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Run the operations like a profit centre and making sure that all operations run smoothly and align with quality standards.

- Managing and utilizing budgets by strategizing the operation activities.

- Ensuring maximum output.

- Managing the day-to-day activities of the creative business unit, primarily to ensure that the organization can deliver the best possible results to its clients in the most effective and efficient way.

- Supervise and communicate intensively with managers and team members from various business processes: Project Management, Account Management, Creative teams, etc, and ensuring great collaboration between the team.

- You will be in charge in identifying operational issues & bottlenecks, as well as potential operations improvements.

- You will be in charge in making operational decisions.

- You will need strong analytical skills.

- You will need an expertise in project planning and execution.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities are must.

- Effective communication and leadership skills.

- Prior experience in a similar role.

- Maximise Sales: Identify opportunities, or work on opportunities provided by the sales team Pitching, Conversion etc.
