Role & responsibilities:
Category Lead will be responsible for managing and driving sales for specific category in India (Plywood or Bathware)
Key responsibilities: include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the growth of their designated category through both online and offline channels. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Driving sales: Responsible for the end-to-end execution of sales queries and converted orders for specific product categories.
- Retail and B2B focus: The role operates within the B2B e-commerce space and involves managing sales for respective category.
- Strategy and market analysis: Identifying market opportunities, capturing market insights, and implementing business initiatives to drive growth in their assigned area.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Works with internal and external stakeholders to execute sales plans and meet business goals.
- People and process management: Manages people and processes within the sales framework to achieve desired targets and improve efficiency.
- Dealer management: May involve motivating and accelerating performance for dealers to help them achieve their targets.
Preferred candidate profile:
Must be Post Graduate with 10+years experience in managing Retail Sales for Playwood or Bathware
