CASHe, through its in-house wealth-tech arm, has also expanded significantly in the wealth management space and is looking to make major strides in the HNI Investments space via an array of customized and exclusive offerings.
- This is a pivotal, customer-facing role, responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining High Net Worth (HNI) clients, predominantly for wealth management services.
- The role involves building strong relationships, providing financial advisory services, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The candidate must have experience in selling mainstream (MF, Equity) and alternative (NCDs/Fixed-Income Instruments) products, and managing investment portfolios across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Management:
- Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of HNI clients with investments of 25 Lakhs and above individually.
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high client retention.
- Provide customized financial solutions based on clients' risk profiles and goals.
- Investment Advisory & Portfolio Management
- Advise clients on investment opportunities across asset classes, including NCDs, equity, and mutual funds.
- Stay updated on financial market trends and provide strategic insights.
- Work closely with research and product teams to recommend suitable investments.
Business Development & Growth:
- Track and engage the affluent and super-affluent client segments for new client acquisition.
- Conduct and participate in seminars, workshops, and networking events to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HNI sales & relationship management from BFSI sector.
- Industry Background: Preferably from HNI Broking/PCG Desk of Stock Broking firms, Wealth Management, or Private Banking.
- Education: MBA/PGDM or Graduate (Finance/Marketing)
