
Role Overview:
The Export Manager/Head will be responsible for driving international business growth by identifying new markets, building strong global partnerships, and executing export strategies. The role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and an understanding of global market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Create and implement export strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Conduct market research to analyze global demand, competition, and pricing trends.
- Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to customize/adapt products for global markets.
Sales & Partner Management:
- Train and support international distributors and sales representatives on product knowledge.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with global partners.
- Set, monitor, and achieve export sales targets.
- Track and analyze export sales performance and revenue generation.
Marketing & Operations:
- Develop and execute region-specific marketing strategies.
- Manage international travel requirements for business meetings, exhibitions, and market visits.
- Ensure smooth coordination across internal teams for timely delivery and compliance with export regulations.
Qualifications:
- Veterinarian or Non-Veterinarian candidates can apply.
- For Export Manager: Minimum 5+ years of experience in international business.
- For Export Head: Minimum 8+ years of experience in international business.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, global trade regulations, and international sales processes.
