Job Responsibilities : - Sourcing candidates from various job portals, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. and ensure that our jobs are optimized on all social media platforms. - Partnering with business leads to understand hiring requirements. - Create the brief for any job postings to be advertised or promoted. - Preliminary screening /short listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement - Schedule interviews to short listed candidates and coordinate with technical panel/HR for shortlists & feedback. - Discuss, negotiate & finalize on the compensation & offer, salary negotiations,hand holding the candidate till the date of joining, close Follow-Up. - Prepare a weekly Recruitment Tracker and maintain a history of communication with all applicants.
