Job Description: 1. Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements. 2. Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups. 3. Drive analysis on globe-spanning projects and important strategic decisions. 4. Coordinate with other members of the various operations, retail, sales and marketing team to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes. 5. Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep local teams as efficient as possible. 6. Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist city-level, regional, and global managers Key Skills required : 1. 1-2 year or more experience in data analytics and strategy 2. Experience with SQL programming a must (good to have - R, Tableau) 3. Strong command over Advance MS Excel. 4. Good communication skills. Candidate would be required to have many discussion with higher management and business heads. Important notes: 1. This role will be based out of Chennai/Kolkata/Ahemadabad/Jaipur. 2. Analyst will be working directly with city heads to solve and improve their business metrics. He/she will get complete overview of the business in this process. 3. Analyst will be working with the central BI team for any kind of data/analytics support. 4. There will be 1-month training in Gurgaon office before moving to city offices.
