What will you drive?

1. Lead and mentor the UAE Procurement team, fostering a high-performing culture.

2. Take ownership of team performance and drive key procurement and sales metrics.

3. Collaborate with UAE leadership for smooth and aligned operations.

4. Oversee sourcing of high-quality used vehicles across multiple channels.

5. Maintain relationships with sellers and ensure excellent customer experience.

6. Coordinate with Auction Controllers on pricing and active bids.

7. Monitor market trends to optimize sourcing strategies.

8. Ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.

9. Contribute individually when required to support team continuity and results.

Who are we looking for?

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in used vehicle procurement, retail operations, or automotive sales (leadership experience preferred).

2. Proven track record of driving team performance and achieving business KPIs.

3. Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, CRM tools, and procurement platforms.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.

5. Ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership of team outcomes, and contribute individually if required.
