CARS24 - Procurement Lead

What will you drive?

End-to-End Tech Procurement:

- Assist in procurement tasks across IT hardware, software, SaaS, and cloud services.

- Manage vendor onboarding, renewals, negotiations, and compliance tracking.

Vendor & Contract Management:

- Source and evaluate vendors for recurring and project-based needs.

- Own commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and SLA adherence.

- Track contract lifecycles, renewals, and performance scorecards.

PO Creation & Timely Execution:

- Ensure accurate and timely PO creation aligned with stakeholder requirements on our P2P tool (currently Aerchain)

- Proactively meet time-sensitive procurement needs to avoid business delays.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with tech, finance, legal, and compliance teams to streamline procurement cycles.

- Align on budgets, contract terms, and delivery timelines.

Process Optimization:

- Drive efficiency through procurement automation, tooling, and SOPs.

- Support cost optimization initiatives and maintain procurement dashboards.

Who are we looking for?

- 3-4 years in procurement with a focus on IT hardware, software, SaaS, and vendor contracts, having experience in other categories is an addition

- Experience managing procurement value of - 5 Cr+ annually is a plus.

- Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's degree in one of the following - Commerce / Finance / Business Administration/Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science
