What will you drive?

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven individual to support business decision-making and drive strategic initiatives across the organisation. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, comfort with data, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a mix of analytical rigor, business acumen, and structured thinking.

Business Analytics & Insight Generation:

1. Analyse business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and key drivers.

2. Generate actionable insights to support both operational and strategic decisions.

3. Build frameworks to evaluate business health and performance metrics.

Experimentation & Funnel Improvement:

1. Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments across different parts of the customer journey.

2. Identify bottlenecks in user flows and propose initiatives to improve conversion and engagement.

3. Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to roll out data-backed enhancements.

Forecasting & Planning:

1. Develop forecasts and models to support short-term and long-term planning.

2. Partner with leadership teams to assess business scenarios and support budgeting cycles.

3. Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and essential business metrics.

Strategic Initiatives:

1. Support cross-functional strategic projects, from hypothesis-building to analysis and implementation planning.

2. Conduct market assessments, competitor benchmarking, and performance diagnostics.

3. Develop business cases and financial models for new initiatives, product ideas, or process improvements.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

1. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across product, operations, marketing, finance, and leadership teams.

4. Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Who are we looking for?

1. 6-8 years of experience in analytics, business strategy or consulting roles

2. MBA from a Tier 1/2 institution preferred

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Proficient with Excel/SQL; proficiency in Python is a strong plus

4. Must have experience leading a team

5. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) preferred

6. Ability to work with large datasets and interpret data to drive business decisions

7. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

8. High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
