What You Will Drive
- P&L Ownership & Business Strategy: Take full ownership of the B2B used car sales P&L. Drive top-line revenue growth, optimize pricing strategies, and implement initiatives to enhance overall business efficiency.
- Dealer Network Expansion: Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers across regions. Drive deeper engagement, improve retention, and expand our market footprint.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Define and achieve ambitious sales targets. Leverage data-driven insights to identify new business opportunities and unlock growth across markets.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline end-to-end transaction processes, enhance platform usability, and champion automation to drive seamless execution at scale.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams. Mentor high-performing talent and stay ahead of emerging industry trends to fuel innovation and continuous improvement.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years in sales, strategy, or P&L ownership roles-preferably within automotive, e-commerce, or marketplace domains.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the used car ecosystem, dealer dynamics, and auction-led sales models.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. A sharp business acumen and a growth-first mindset are key.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. Demonstrated success in scaling teams and driving sustainable business outcomes.
