What You Will Drive:
P&L Ownership & Business Strategy:
- Take complete ownership of the Central PODs P&L driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustained profitability. Develop and execute strategic initiatives that strengthen business fundamentals and scale performance.
Automation Excellence:
- Lead cutting-edge automation initiatives to enhance productivity, minimize manual dependencies, and deliver measurable operational efficiencies across functions.
Dealer Network Expansion:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with dealers across regions. Deepen engagement, strengthen retention, and strategically expand the dealer network to increase market penetration.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Define and deliver on ambitious sales and growth targets. Leverage data-driven insights to identify emerging opportunities, optimize sales performance, and unlock new market segments.
Operational Excellence:
- Streamline end-to-end transaction workflows to improve process efficiency and platform usability. Champion automation and standardization to ensure seamless execution at scale.
Cross-functional Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution. Mentor and empower high-performing talent while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience:
- 8+ years in sales, strategy, or P&L leadership roles, ideally within automotive, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses.
Skills:
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, backed by strong business acumen and a growth-oriented mindset.
Adaptability:
