As the Head of HR for the Supply business, you'll be a strategic partner, driving talen acquisition,Learning & Development and HRBP functions to foster a vibrant, inclusive culture and align HR strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (TA): Strategy & Forecasting: - Develop strategies to attract top talent and forecast staffing needs. Recruitment Management: - Lead the recruitment process, leveraging advanced tools and techniques. Employer Branding: - Elevate our brand to attract and retain top talent. Data-Driven Decision Making: - Utilize data analytics to track HR metrics, assess recruitment effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to senior management. HR Business Partner (HRBP): - Strategic Partnering: Align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing strategic insights. Employee Engagement: - Create a positive workplace environment and track engagement through eNPS. Performance Management: - Implement effective performance management systems andcoach managers. Succession Planning: - Develop and implement succession planning strategies to identify and prepare high-potential employees for key roles, ensuring leadership continuity and organizational stability. Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements. - Develop and enforce fair and clear HR policies. Employee Retention: - Conduct exit interviews to understand and address turnover. - Cultivate a positive workplace culture and develop retention strategies Learning & Development: Productivity-Focused Training: - Design and implement extensive training programs to enhance productivity and efficiency, particularly for new hires and rookies. Rookie Development: - Establish comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning paths for new employees to quickly adapt and excel in their roles. Skill Enhancement: - Offer advanced training modules and workshops aimed at upskilling employees for higher productivity and career growth. Who are we looking for? Educational Background: - Preferably holds a master's degree in Human Resource or a related field. Experience: - Minimum 7-12 years of hands-on experience in demonstrating a proven track record in managing Human resource function successfully. People-Centric Leadership: - Demonstrates empathy and inspires confidence and trust among employees. Business Acumen: - Strong understanding of business and HR alignment.
