1. Contract Management: - Drafting, vetting, review, negotiation and advice on a wide range of contracts, agreements including NDAs, support services agreement, terms and conditions, privacy policies etc. and other legal documentations, including transactions (SHA, SPA etc.) - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them effectively. 2. Litigation and Dispute Resolution: - Manage and oversee the company's legal disputes, including drafting of legal notices, litigation (civil, criminal), arbitration, police complaints and alternative dispute resolution. - Work closely with external legal counsel when necessary, ensuring efficient and cost-effective representation. - Provide guidance on settlement negotiations and risk assessments related to legal disputes. 3. I.P :- Knowledge of filing and registration of trademark/ copyright/ patent. 4. Regulatory: - Knowledge of matters before SEBI/RBI/CCI etc. 5. Legal Advice: - Provide legal advice to company on day to day basis on legal issues, new businesses etc. as may be required.
