About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, forecasting and monitoring sales performance, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company goals

- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth

- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and KPIs

- Identify new market opportunities and ensure business development in assigned territory

- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to support regional campaigns and promotions

- Manage and coach sales executives to achieve individual and team targets

- Ensure effective coordination with distributors and channel partners

- Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and strengthen relationships

- Oversee competitor analysis to adapt and position offerings effectively

- Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to company's credit policies

Skill Set Required

- Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C sales processes

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / MBA in Marketing
