Responsibilities: - Managing the campus recruitment in terms of capturing the data of interested students getting the slots from campuses for campus visits. - Managing the database and reports on internal software as well managing & creating the links for assessments/test to be conducted during campus hiring process - Resolving the queries of Students while they are in process of appearing for campus including queries related to assessments and interviews - Managing the list if shortlisted candidates, working closely with the on boarding teams to generate their offer letter - Working closely with various stakeholders including the SPOCs from Business Units, Training Team and Staffing team to ensure smooth on boarding. - Ensuring proper followp with the candidates on pre joining formalities and adhering to the time lines .
