About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Specialist to join our fast-growing SaaS organization.

In this role, you will drive international sales of our WhatsApp Automation, CRM, and ERP software solutions, build long-term client relationships, and expand our footprint across US, UK, and global markets.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B SaaS sales experience, deep knowledge of CRM and ERP platforms, marketing automation, and business communication tools such as WhatsApp, combined with a consultative approach to solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for WhatsApp Automation, CRM, and ERP solutions.

- Identify, prospect, and engage B2B customers across US, UK, and global markets through inbound and outbound channels.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored SaaS solutions.

- Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs for international prospects.

- Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close high-value enterprise deals.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, onboarding, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies.

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in CRM, ERP, and automation.

- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and virtual conferences.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- 3-8 years of international B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in CRM, ERP, or marketing automation.

- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, ERP workflows, and WhatsApp Business API.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Spanish are a plus).

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding global sales targets.

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools.

- Self-motivated and comfortable working across time zones with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- Prior success selling CRM, ERP, or WhatsApp Automation solutions to mid-market or enterprise customers.

- Established client network in E-commerce, Real Estate, Healthcare, EdTech, Financial Services, or Retail.

- Experience managing channel partners, resellers, or distributors.

- Strong cold calling, outbound prospecting, and consultative selling skills.

- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
