About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Specialist to join our expanding SaaS team.

You will be responsible for driving international sales of our WhatsApp Automation, CRM, and ERP software solutions, developing long-term client relationships, and growing our global presence across diverse markets.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in software sales, strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, marketing automation, and business communication platforms like WhatsApp, along with the consultative ability to help clients solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for WhatsApp Automation, CRM, and ERP products.

- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential B2B clients across international markets.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored SaaS solutions.

- Conduct product demos, presentations, and proposals for global clients.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value enterprise deals.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market initiatives.

- Track market trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies in CRM, ERP, and automation.

- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports in CRM tools.

- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and online webinars to generate new leads.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- 4-8 years of international B2B sales experience in SaaS / CRM / ERP / Marketing Automation products.

- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, ERP workflows, and WhatsApp Business API.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage.

- Proven record of meeting and exceeding global sales targets.

- Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Zoho CRM.

- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working across time zones with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- Prior success selling CRM, ERP, or WhatsApp Automation software to enterprise customers.

- Established client network across E-commerce, Real Estate, Healthcare, EdTech, Financial Services, or Retail.

- Experience managing channel partners, resellers, or distributors for market expansion.

- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and consultative selling expertise.

- Ability to handle complex B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
