Job Description:

Experienced Project Manager to lead technology and automation-driven projects in the US Healthcare RCM domain, from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery, leveraging workflow management, ticketing, and RPA/automation tools to drive productivity improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply a strong understanding of workflow management systems, ticketing systems, RPA bots, automation tools, and similar productivity-improvement tools.

- Gather requirements and provide them to the UI/UX and software development teams for development.

- Drive implementation of software and automation tools.

- Manage project prioritization, define project goals and objectives, and set scope.

- Detail the project plan, work with stakeholders, conduct project reviews, and drive execution.

- Deliver projects within reasonable timelines while meeting project goals.

- Maintain strong communication and interpersonal engagement with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Automation & Tools: Workflow management, ticketing systems, RPA bots, and productivity-improvement tools.

- Requirements Gathering: Translating business needs into requirements for UI/UX and development teams.

- Implementation: Experience implementing software and automation tools.

- Project Management: Prioritization, scope definition, planning, reviews, and execution.

- Domain Experience: Experience working in US Healthcare settings; healthcare RCM preferred.

Desired Profile:

- Around 12+ years of experience with good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working in US Healthcare settings.

- A few years of experience working in healthcare RCM is preferred.

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and meeting project goals.
