We're Hiring Finance Business Process Expert.

8-12 Years Experience | Immediate Joiners Only.

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Remote.

Do you thrive on transforming complex Finance processes into streamlined, high-performing operations?

Do you speak both Finance AND Lean Six Sigma fluently?

Calfus is looking for a Finance BPE who can drive real, measurable change - not just document processes, but own, optimize and elevate them.

You Must Have:

- 8-12 years in Finance Operations, Process Excellence or Finance Transformation

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Mandatory

- Deep experience in semiconductor or complex manufacturing finance environments

- Hands-on with ERP Finance platforms, BI/data tools & close/reconciliation systems

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma & data-driven root cause analysis

- Strong background in defining & tracking KPIs and process performance metrics

What You'll Own:

- End-to-end Finance process design, standardization & continuous improvement

- Cross-functional stakeholder alignment across Finance, IT & Supply Chain

- Coaching & mentoring teams to build lasting organizational capability

- Advising Finance leadership on transformation tradeoffs & long-term scalability

Minimum: Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting or Business

Six Sigma Certification: Required - Black Belt preferred, Green Belt considered with exceptional track record
