Role Overview :
We are looking for a hands-on, mid-level performance marketing leader to drive BytePe's growth charter end-to-end. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and deep execution focus. The ideal candidate has scaled niche D2C brands and understands how to balance performance marketing with long-term brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire performance marketing function, from strategy to execution, across paid digital channels (Google, Meta, affiliates, etc.).
- Develop and manage acquisition, retargeting, and conversion campaigns to drive efficient growth.
- Optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) while improving LTV and ROI.
- Own and scale paid media budgets while identifying new growth opportunities.
- Build BytePe's digital presence through both performance campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with design, product, and content teams to develop high-performing creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, run experiments, and refine strategies based on data insights.
- Drive visibility and positioning for BytePe within its niche target audience - Gen Z & millennials interested in premium electronics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and evolving ad platform policies.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably with fast-growing D2C brands.
- Deep experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels; experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Prior exposure to niche segments such as premium tech, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a performance-first mindset.
- Ability to balance growth objectives with brand-building initiatives.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in scaling D2C or consumer tech brands targeting niche or premium audiences.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, CleverTap, Mixpanel, etc.
