BXI Technologies - Legal Consultant/Corporate Lawyer - LLB/LLM

BXI Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Consultant to provide expert legal advice across a range of business matters, with a strong focus on corporate law. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of legal principles, regulatory frameworks, and strategic risk management, particularly in both technology and non-technology domains.

This role demands strong legal research, contract drafting, and compliance expertise, along with the ability to deliver practical, business-aligned legal solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis across technology and non-technology sectors

- Review, draft, and structure contracts, agreements, and legal frameworks

- Provide compliance guidance to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations

- Identify and mitigate legal risks in business transactions and strategic initiatives

- Offer strategic legal advice aligned with organizational goals

- Support dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration, and other non-litigation methods

- Focus on advisory and strategic legal support rather than litigation

Areas of Expertise:

Corporate Law: Business formation, contracts, M&A, governance

Tax Law: Regulatory compliance and advisory

Intellectual Property: Patents, trademarks, copyrights

Real Estate Law: Transactions, leasing, development

Healthcare Law: Regulatory compliance and risk management

Information Technology Law: Data privacy, cybersecurity, IT contracts

Other Domains: Retail, food & kitchen, employment law, environmental law, international law (as per business needs)

Technical Skills & Tools:

- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB); Masters degree (LLM) preferred.

- Proficiency in legal research tools and software

- Experience with contract and compliance management systems

- Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulatory frameworks

- Membership in a recognized bar association
