Alliance and Partnership Lead

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Alliance and Partnership Lead to drive the growth and success of our partner ecosystem. This key leadership role involves building and managing high-impact partnerships that fuel joint go-to-market initiatives, foster innovation through co-creation, and align with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ecosystem development, partner engagement, compliance, and risk governance.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Ecosystem Development


- Build, scale, and nurture a robust partner ecosystem aligned with business goals and market opportunities.


- Identify and onboard strategic partners to enhance market reach and competitive advantage.

Joint Go-to-Market Planning


- Collaborate closely with partners to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive mutual growth and market expansion.


- Align cross-functional teams internally and externally to ensure successful partnership outcomes.

Performance & Relationship Management


- Manage partner performance via structured engagement frameworks, regular business reviews, and continuous relationship-building efforts.


- Act as the primary liaison for key partners, ensuring strong communication and alignment.

Compliance & Risk Governance


- Ensure all partnerships adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards.


- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with partnership activities.

Innovation & Co-Creation Enablement


- Lead co-creation initiatives with partners to develop innovative solutions and differentiated value propositions.


- Foster a culture of collaboration to accelerate product innovation and market differentiation.


Qualifications


- Minimum 10 years of experience in alliance or partnership management, strategic business development, or related roles.


- Deep understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ecosystem dynamics, and partner engagement models.


- Proven negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


- Experience with compliance and risk governance within partnership frameworks.


- Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment based in Pune.


- Strong leadership capabilities and strategic thinking.
