Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across North America.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling high-value marketing services and a deep understanding of the diverse B2B tech landscape.

What will you do?

- Drive sales of our marketing center of excellence solutions across 2 key go-to-market motions: Event-Led Growth & Partner-Led Growth.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in North American market.

- Build and maintain relationships with C/VP-level executives and key decision-makers in target accounts across region.

- Collaborate closely with our global team to create and implement tailored solutions for clients, considering regional nuances.

- Provide market intelligence and insights specific to the industries and markets to inform product development and company strategy.

This role reports to regional Sales Directors.

Requirements:

- Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and technologies, with knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

- 8+ years of B2B sales experience in marketing services, with a proven track record of exceeding $2M+ annual targets and closing $150K+ deals in the North America market.

- Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and technologies, coupled with strong networks in the regional B2B tech industry and experience selling marketing agency services.

- Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, adept at new business development and addressing client needs.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Variables and bonus.

This is a full-time position.
