- You will be responsible for building and scaling the retail vertical for our portfolio of products. The role entails design and execution of GTM strategy, expanding retail channels, driving growth by building sub verticals within retail. The focus will be on optimizing business performance through strategic initiatives and digital enablement. Key Responsibilities: - Build and own the Retail Business for Busy Infotech, ensuring consistent achievement of AOP targets through field sales teams. - Strategic Planning & Execution: identify growth opportunities and implement structured sales process optimization to maximize efficiency. - Leverage Digital tools and technology : Build a Digital acquisition strategy to scale the vertical 100X transacting partners - Design a fulfilment process to ensure seamless digital acquisition through the network. - Create an integrated customer onboarding process, collaborating with channel partners and internal teams across Mobile app, Web ERP , Saas offerings. - Grow the existing business by leading an assigned team and optimizing channel management. Design monthly and quarterly partner schemes to drive engagement and revenue - Own and build the digital Onboarding process, ensuing efficiency and scalability. Skill Sets / Requirements: - Strong problem solving acumen and ability to drive GTM strategy and sales process optimizations. - Analytical & Data-Driven Approach to sales strategy and business decision-making. - Understanding of customer behaviour in the retail segment (GT & MT) - Sales leadership experience, with the ability to hire, train, and scale high-performing sales teams. - Understanding of the SAAS domain will be helpful. - Experience in the central strategy team, driving sales growth initiatives.
