Job Summary:


- We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Head to lead and scale our staffing business.

- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, with a proven track record in business growth, client acquisition, revenue management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage the overall P&L of the staffing business unit.

- Define and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

- Build, manage, and grow key enterprise and strategic client accounts.

- Oversee end-to-end staffing operations including delivery, account management, and compliance.

- Drive new business development through client acquisition and account expansion.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing recruitment and account management teams.

- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

- Track and analyze business metrics, forecasts, and performance reports.

- Collaborate with leadership to align staffing strategy with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience:


- 10+ years of experience in staffing and recruitment, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.

- Strong expertise in IT and/or Non-IT staffing (contract & permanent staffing).

- Proven experience in revenue growth, P&L management, and strategic planning.

- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

- Excellent people management and leadership capabilities.

- In-depth understanding of staffing compliance, labor laws, and vendor management.
