- He will be responsible for the business P&L.
- Drive customer success with leading OEMs/Tier-1s (automotive industry), and lead sales and marketing, while closely collaborating with plant operations and engineering teams.
- He will also spearhead the organization's transformation from a product-centric company to a solution-oriented partner for automotive OEMs across India.
- Responsible for managing core responsibilities aligned with business objectives, collaborating with internal teams to improve efficiency, execute processes, and deliver results.
- The role requires a proactive professional with relevant industry experience, strong communication skills, good relationships with OEMs and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
- End-to-end ownership of business P&L.
- Managing overall business direction with end-to-end P&L accountability.
- Strengthening customer relationships and driving market expansion.
- Ensuring operational efficiency and consistent delivery results.
- Leading new product conceptualization and launch initiatives.
- Driving financial discipline, controls, and compliance.
- Building strong teams and developing leadership capability.
- Leading organizational change and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Translating strategy into actionable plans and execution.
- Engineering degree + MBA (preferred).
- 20+ years in Plastic / Electronics / Electrical components related to OEM (Auto Industry) with strong Sales, Marketing and some plant operation experience.
