Business Unit Head - API

About:

- Own complete P&L for the API business unit.

- Identify new business opportunities, product pipelines, and market expansion areas

- Ensure smooth production planning, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery

- Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth in domestic and international markets

- Build strong customer relationships with pharma clients, CDMOs, and global partners

- Oversee procurement of raw materials, vendor management, and cost control

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across QA/QC, R&D, BD, and supply chain

- Partner with R&D to develop new APIs and intermediates

- Oversee manpower planning and capability development
