Title : Business Manager to CEO ( Program Manager - Artificial Intelligence Projects) - Fintech / IT Product Based Org.

About the Role :

We are creating a new role to sit at the intersection of AI and everything we do. This is not a research position - it is a builder and integrator role. The person we are looking for will own the agenda of embedding AI into the Organization's operating system at all level in deep partnership with business teams.

The AI landscape is moving fast enough that we are not looking for credentials or years of formal AI experience. What we are looking for is someone who has been paying close attention - reading, experimenting, building - out of genuine curiosity, and who combines that fluency with the business instincts and communication skills to make real change happen inside an organization.

Roel & Responsibilities :

- Partner with the business teams to develop and deliver our company-wide AI integration roadmap, prioritizing initiatives by business impact and feasibility

- Identify automation, augmentation, and workflow opportunities across every function - from operations and finance to sales, marketing, and product

- Partner with functional leads to define AI-powered workflows, and drive those from idea to production

- Evaluate, pilot, and recommend AI tools and vendors; own the build-vs-buy decision framework

- Establish governance, change management, and enablement practices so AI adoption is durable, not just a one-off project

- Stay current on the rapidly evolving AI tooling and model landscape, and brief leadership on what is relevant to us

- Define and track KPIs that connect AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes

- Act as an internal educator - helping teams understand what AI can and cannot do, and building confidence in using it

Who You Are

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills:

- MBA / PG with 3 to 6 years of experience in a program management, operations, strategy, or product role. The function matters less than whether you have managed complexity and delivered results.

- You move fast, but you also know how to build for durability. You can prototype and test quickly while keeping an eye on what it takes to scale.

- You are comfortable with ambiguity. This is a new role in a space that changes weekly - you will need to set your own direction as much as receive it.

We will be direct about what matters most to us in this hire:

- You have been following AI developments closely on your own time - not because a job required it. You read the newsletters, you play with new models and tools when they drop, and you have formed real opinions.

- You understand business. You know how organisations make decisions, what makes a project stick, and how to translate technical possibility into commercial logic.

- You are an excellent communicator. You can bring a sceptical senior leader along as naturally as you can brief a technical team.

- Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar ( and Added Advantage)

- Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and prompt engineering basics

- Experience running structured pilots or A/B testing AI-powered workflows

- Prior exposure to change management frameworks

- A side project, personal tool, or written output (blog, newsletter, thread) that reflects your AI interests

- A genuinely high-impact, highly visible role with a clear mandate from the founder and broader leadership
