GLOBAL BUSINESS MANAGER ROLE | CXO OFFICE || INDIA TO UK TRANSITION

Age profile: Late 20s to early 30s

Initial Work location: Head Office, Gurugram (work from office, 5 days working)

Willing to relocate to United Kingdom: (basis VISA/ Work Permit Formalities)

Qualification: CA or MBA Finance from premier Institute of India (SP JAIN, MDI, NMIMS, IIM-Mumbai, FMS etc). Industry preference: Manufacturing or from Big 4 or any reputed consulting firm.

Main purpose of this role: Support the CXO level executive in business planning and strategic reviews through effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.

- Track, analyse, and consolidate business plan inputs, assumptions, and key action points for leadership decision-making.

- Prepare and coordinate business review presentations, ensuring timely functional alignment, follow-ups, and incorporation of leadership feedback.

Key job roles:

- Annual Business Plan: Org Wise and Function Wise.

- Comprehensive Financials of Business plan: P&L, Cash Flow.

- Executive presentations for business performance review.

- Special Projects (Review & Analysis): Managing timelines of project, discussion flow and tracker.

- Initiate & participate in projects (process or performance improvement, standard operating procedure).

- Coordinating with Senior stakeholders, pre-briefing with robust analysis across Geographies.

Key skills:

- Business / Financial Planning with strong functional exposure. Preferred experience across sectors in Consulting / Business cum Strategic Planning domain with Manufacturing Industry or Big 4.

- Strong Communication skills, particularly in English.

- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Ability to work around the calendar and priorities of a CEO-level executive.

- Proven track record of working with reputed organizations.

- International mobility and willingness to travel, as required.

- Ability to operate effectively within a Family Business House (FBH) environment.

- Logical & Analytical Thinking: Translates complexity into simplicity, articulates crisply and clearly.

- Excellent Communication & Executive Presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills with team orientation.

- Proactive, learning-oriented mind-set, creative with effective solutions.

- Ability to manage relationships and communication at senior level with diverse functions.

- Leadership skills: Assertive, confident, yet flexible, strong adaptation skills.
