Business Intelligence Lead - Power BI

Responsibilities:

1) Business Intelligence Development & Management

- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports

- Manage all aspects of BI projects, from data modeling and source integration to visualization and publication.

- Manage live Power BI dashboards linked to PowerPoint

- Ensure timely provision and continuous optimization of key reports

2) Data Architecture & System Integration

- Work closely with IT and system owners to integrate data from multiple ERP systems

- Ensure smooth operations and continuous optimization of data warehouse and data models.

- Prepare for the future integration of a centralized Data Lake

3) Stakeholder Management

- Partner with leaders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

- Work closely with teams to validate data accuracy and ensure alignment with reported numbers.

- Liaise with stakeholders across geographies to collect input data, manage dependencies, and maintain data quality.

- Act as the BI point of contact for ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.

- Ensure governance, maintenance & continuous improvement

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and visualization.

- Strong experience with integrating multiple data sources (ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial systems).

- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and data lake concepts.

- Exposure to financial, procurement, HR, and operational metrics reporting.

- Ability to manage both short-term ad hoc projects and long-term BI initiatives.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - ability to engage with global leadership.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.

- Microsoft Power BI Certification (preferred).
