Description:


We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Vice President of Business Growth to join our executive team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for architecting and executing a multi-channel growth strategy across all consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of extensive experience in scaling premier D2C brands and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through a holistic approach that encompasses performance marketing, e-commerce, quick commerce, and retail.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Growth Leadership:


- Develop and implement a comprehensive and cohesive business growth strategy that aligns with the company's vision and financial goals.


- Own the P&L for all growth-related channels, ensuring profitability and sustainable expansion.


- Utilize market intelligence, consumer insights, and data analytics to identify new growth opportunities and market trends.


Performance Marketing & Digital Acquisition:


- Lead the strategy and execution of all performance marketing initiatives, including paid social, SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer collaborations.


- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) across all channels.


- Drive a data-centric approach to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring a high return on ad spend (ROAS).


E-commerce & Website Excellence:


- Oversee the companys D2C website like Shopify, driving traffic, conversion rate optimization (CRO) etc


- Manage the end-to-end user experience, from landing page optimization to checkout flow, to create a seamless and engaging customer journey.


- Lead CRM and retention strategies, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and subscription models.


Quick Commerce & Marketplace Expansion:


- Develop and manage our presence on quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto) and major online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Myntra, Nyka, Flipkart).


- Create and execute strategies to optimize product listings, drive sales velocity, and manage marketplace advertising budgets.


Retail & Omnichannel Strategy:


- Spearhead the development and execution of our offline retail strategy, from initial market entry to scaling our presence in key retail accounts.


- Build and nurture relationships with retail partners, distributors, and brokers.


- Ensure a seamless omnichannel experience that integrates our online and offline channels.


Team Leadership & Development:


- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional growth team.


- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, providing regular feedback and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:


- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA from a premier institution is highly preferred.


- 15-20 years of progressive experience in marketing and business growth, with a significant portion of that time in a leadership role at a high-growth, premier D2C brand.


- A proven track record of scaling a D2C business from a significant revenue milestone to the next level of growth.


- Deep, hands-on expertise across the entire growth ecosystem: performance marketing, e-commerce (D2C), quick commerce, marketplaces, and retail.


- Strong financial acumen with experience managing a P&L and significant marketing budgets.


- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data visualization platforms.


- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.


- A passion for our mission and a genuine interest in the femtech or menstrual health space is a significant plus.
