The incumbent shall be responsible for:

1. Business Planning & Market Assessment:

- Market demand assessment

- Location & catchment study

- Pricing strategy vs competitors

- Capacity planning

2. Sales, Marketing & Project Acquisition:

- Builder, infra & govt project tie-ups

- Rate contracts & annual agreements

- Channel sales / project sales setup

- Credit policy and collections

3. Statutory Approvals & Compliance:

- Environmental clearance / consent

- Factory license, labor compliance

- Local authority permissions

- Safety & pollution norms compliance

4. Plant Setup & Infrastructure:

- RMC plant selection (batching plant type & capacity)

- Plant erection, calibration & trial runs

- Aggregate yard, cement silos, admixture tanks

5. Raw Material Sourcing & Supply Chain

6. Quality Control & Technical Setup

8. Manpower Planning & Organization Setup

9. Cost Control & Profitability

10. Safety, Sustainability & Environment

11. Commercial Operations & Scale-up

About:


- Graduate Engineering and Post-Graduate in Management with 18+ years of experience from RMC Company.

- Must have exposure of Dubai/UAE Market.

- Good communication & Leadership skills.
