Description: The Business Head, Commercial Real Estate Projects is a top-level management role responsible for the overall strategic direction, performance, and profitability of the company's commercial property portfolio and new developments. This role requires expertise in the end-to-end project lifecycle, from acquisition and development to leasing and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business & Revenue Growth: Manage the full P&L, set revenue targets, and develop strategies to maximize asset value and performance.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement business strategies in alignment with organizational objectives, identifying new expansion and investment opportunities.
- Project Management Oversight: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Sales & Leasing Leadership: Drive corporate leasing and sales efforts, building a strong network with real estate consultants, brokers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Financial Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, financial forecasts, and reports. Ensure cost optimization and manage the commercial aspects of contracts and transactions.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Lead negotiations for leasing agreements and contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Marketing).
- Market Intelligence & Compliance: Monitor commercial real estate market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to inform decision-making and ensure all activities comply with legal standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project and sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
