Job Title: Head of Growth - Luxury Hospitality Business
Experience: 10-20 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially astute Head of Growth to drive expansion, profitability, and operational excellence for a luxury hospitality business. The role will have complete ownership of P&L, business strategy, and operations, with a strong mandate to scale the brand across markets and formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive overall business growth, revenue, and profitability (P&L responsibility)
- Develop and execute long-term growth and expansion strategies across hospitality verticals
- Lead end-to-end operations, sales, marketing, and commercial functions
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business models
- Scale existing hospitality assets while maintaining luxury service standards
- Drive operational efficiencies, cost optimization, and margin improvement
- Build, mentor, and lead senior leadership teams across functions
- Work closely with promoters/board on strategic planning and execution
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10-20 years of experience in luxury hospitality businesses
- Proven track record of heading hospitality operations with full P&L ownership
- Experience in scaling hospitality brands (hotels, luxury F&B, banqueting, events, resorts, or
premium catering)
- Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance growth and service excellence
- Exposure to multi-location or multi-brand hospitality operations preferred
