About the Company

We are hiring for a client, a next-generation, clinician-led advanced medtech platform that is at the forefront of bringing cutting-edge surgical and non-invasive treatment technologies into mainstream healthcare delivery.

The organization is closely associated with globally validated technologies, including robotic surgical systems and MRI-guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS) - a breakthrough, incision-less treatment approach that is transforming how certain neurological and oncological conditions are treated.

About the RoleWith strong roots in global innovation ecosystems (including Israel and the US) and growing relevance across leading healthcare institutions, the platform is now focused on building a scalable and structured presence in India, working closely with corporate hospital chains, clinical leaders, and healthcare ecosystems.

About the Role

This is a foundational Business Head mandate with a clear focus on building and scaling the India business for high-value, innovation-led medical technologies.

The role goes beyond traditional leadership positions and involves shaping the India strategy, driving market development, and establishing a strong commercial and operational foundation. The incumbent will be responsible for enterprise engagement with hospital networks, driving clinical adoption, and building a high-performance commercial organization from the ground up.

Given the nature of the business, the role requires navigating complex, high-value sales cycles, aligning multiple stakeholders (clinical, administrative, and regulatory), and driving long-term ecosystem development rather than short-term transactional growth.

Skills & Experience

- 15-25 years of experience in Medical Devices / MedTech / Healthcare / Capital Equipment Sales

- Strong track record in P&L ownership, revenue growth, and business leadership roles

- Experience in robotics, surgical systems, imaging (MRI/CT), oncology devices, or high-end medical equipment preferred

- Proven expertise in enterprise sales, key account management, and hospital CXO engagement

- Experience managing large deal sizes (capital equipment / high-value solution selling)

- Strong exposure to corporate hospital chains, government tenders, and institutional sales ecosystems

- Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams, channels, and commercial operations across India

- Experience in market development, new product introduction, and clinical adoption of advanced technologies

- Strong understanding of long sales cycles, regulatory environments, and multi-stakeholder decision-making

- Ability to operate in a high-growth, ambiguous, and build-from-scratch environment
