About the Client:

Presently we are working with a few Multinationals Companies in #Testing, #Inspection & #Certification - #tic Industry dealing in servicing the following industries Coal, Mineral, Non ferrous etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduation in Chemistry / Engineering with MBA from a Premier B schools is mandatory

Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in TIC Industry on leadership role dealing into Coal and mineral commodities.

Job description:

- Responsible for Safe working practices across country

- Customer meeting for business development independently and in coordination with HO.

- Ensure old customers in order to retain business by knowing their company background as per present scenario and past relationship with our client company.

- Responsible and ensure both Topline and bottom-line are achieved including realization of dues.

- Monitor, maintain and ensure 100% service level in each activities through recognition of present and future bottlenecks and by initiating and implementing methods and strategy to overcome the same.

- Develop cost effective strategies for rendering value added services.

- Ensure compliance to both external certification standards and internal standards & audits.

- Develop, nurture and build team through periodic team building activities.

- Ensure all statutory requirements are complied as per law of the land.

- Ensure smooth functioning of accounts and monitor best accounting practices.

- Ensure smooth implementation of organization's policy, practices, instructions etc in the Country/Region.

- Any other task/assignment given by the management.
