Business Finance Manager - Manufacturing/Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities and financial modelling.

- Prepare and analyze financial models, business plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Manage product costing and conduct detailed cost analysis.

- Perform budgeting and variance analysis to identify key financial deviations.

- Oversee corporate accounting and day-to-day financial operations.

- Prepare and present MIS reports and management dashboards.

- Generate financial reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.

- Analyze product profitability, margins, costs, and business performance.

- Partner with business and operational teams to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.

- Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and commercial insights.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

- Drive process improvements across finance, accounting, costing, and reporting functions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.

- 4 - 9 years of relevant professional experience.

- Strong experience in FP&A, financial modelling, costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.

- Strong knowledge of corporate accounts and financial operations.

- Hands-on experience in MIS and management reporting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of business finance and commercial operations.

- Advanced MS Excel and financial-analysis skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience in Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical industries will be preferred.

- Strong exposure to product costing and manufacturing finance will be an advantage.

- Candidates with experience partnering with business and operations teams will be preferred.

- Experience in financial planning, profitability analysis, and cost optimization will be an added advantage.
