Job Purpose:

To lead the business finance function, drive financial performance, partner with business leaders for strategic decision-making, and ensure sound financial planning ,P&L Management, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for achieving business objectives. The business finance Head will oversee all financial operations.

Strategic Business Partnering:

- Collaborate with business leaders to drive profitability, optimize cost structures, and influence business decisions.

- Support strategic initiatives with financial insights and risk assessments.

- Evaluate investments, new business models, pricing strategies, and expansion plans.

P&L Ownership:

- Drive end-to-end Profit & Loss responsibility for the business unit, including revenue, cost, margin, and bottom-line performance.

Financial Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.

- Provide sound financial leadership and strategic guidance to the executive team and board.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, long-range forecasts, and financial modeling.

- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when needed.

Cost Control & Optimization:

- Review cost structures, suggest operational efficiencies, and lead cost-reduction programs.

- Oversee product profitability, contribution margin analysis, and overhead recovery.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Partner with operations, supply chain, HR, and product teams to ensure alignment between financial targets and business activities.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory compliance.

- Work closely with auditors (internal and external) to close audits smoothly.

- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
