We are seeking a dynamic Business Development / Sales professional to drive new business acquisition for IT Services, ERP solutions, and custom web-based development projects. The role involves end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, requirement gathering, proposal preparation, solution presentations, and deal closures.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B IT/ERP/software sales, excellent communication, and proven ability to engage with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified leads and acquire new clients for ERP solutions, IT services, and custom web application development projects.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demos, and requirement discussions to understand business needs.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, pricing details, and RFP responses in coordination with internal teams.

- Work closely with technical teams for solution design, effort estimation, and project scoping.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-up, negotiation, and deal closure.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the growth of the business unit.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Experience in ERP sales, IT services sales, or web-based project sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Good understanding of software development processes, ERP modules, and IT solution offerings.

- Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and independently drive end-to-end sales closures.
