Role Overview

The role will be based out in Bangalore, but the scope of work and level of engagement can be tailored to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities (Will Vary Based on Candidate Profile)

- Work with electronic components used in defence, aerospace, or high-reliability applications

- Support activities related to component selection, qualification, testing, or vendor development

- Ensure components meet military-grade standards (MIL-SPEC, JSS, or equivalent)

- Collaborate with internal teams on design, sourcing, quality, or supply chain as relevant to your expertise

- Contribute to indigenization initiatives and Make in India goals in the defence sector

Who Should Apply?

We are open to a wide range of profiles, including but not limited to:

- Engineers with experience in defence electronics components

- Professionals from PSUs, DRDO, Indian Armed Forces, or private defence manufacturing firms

- Individuals with exposure to component testing, qualification, sourcing, or vendor management

- Anyone with a strong understanding of defence procurement, quality standards, or supply chain for military-grade electronics
