Business Development - Money Escrow Job Responsibilities: - Generate Leads from Startups, Corporates and Investors for Market Expansion - Draw up strategies to increase customer base to meet given target - month on month. - Should be comfortable for cold calling and 3- 4 in- person meetings per day - Demonstrate high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction. - Strong stakeholder management and ability to build & maintain excellent long-term relationships with customers. - Keeping up to date with advancements in markets & competitive products & solutions - Candidates must be experienced in working in a high pressure, high impact environment which rewards performance. - This is a performance-based position with no cap on target- based incentive earning. - Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Pre-requisites: - The ideal candidate should possess a natural business acumen, understanding of B2B SaaS dynamics, and a strong sense of customer success - Must have hardcore experience in selling fintech, lending, payment products to enterprises especially NBFCs and BFSI is a must - Candidate must be used to selling to CFO's, CPO's and CTO's - Knowledge of the local market along with decent contacts in the industry is a must - Knowledge of local language will be a big plus - Knowledge of how banking/payments/ lending works is a must - Candidate must be techno-commercial and must have prior experience in selling technology solutions to CXOs - A natural-born hustler - driven and hard-working individual with hunger to grow at warp speed in a start-up environment. - Good attention to detail - proven ability to multitask in a high pressure zone - Good verbal and written communication skills in English along with strong presentation skills - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close with industry expertise.
