Position: Business development in the field sales department.

Location: Chennai.


Experience:


- 1 to 4 years. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.


- This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy.

Experience: Min 1 Year of Sales Experience is a must. Preferred Experience in Transport/Travel Industry.


Responsibilities:


- Identify partnership opportunities.

- Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand.

- Maintain existing business.

- Think critically when planning to ensure project success.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.

- 1-2 years prior related business development experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

- Focused and goal-oriented.


Job Description:


- Visit potential customers for new business.

- Provide customers with quotations.

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.

- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.

- Represent your organization at trade exhibitions events and demonstrations.

- Identify new markets and business opportunities.

- Creating an unmatched customer experience in each interaction.

- Resolving clients queries.

- Updating relevant customer information with each interaction. Sharing and implementing best practices across industries.
