Business Development Manager - Staffing & Recruitment Services

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our staffing team.

- The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through staffing and recruitment solutions.

- This role requires strong sales acumen, market knowledge, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT and non-IT staffing services.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.

- Understand client requirements and provide customized recruitment/staffing solutions.

- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through client acquisition and account expansion.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of resources.

- Stay updated on staffing industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports in CRM tools.

- Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and business forums.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong background in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to understand client needs and map them with recruitment solutions.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 3-7 years of experience in business development within staffing/recruitment industry.

- Experience working with IT staffing, contract staffing, or permanent hiring will be an advantage.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and lead generation platforms.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Number of new client acquisitions per quarter.

- Revenue growth and achieved sales targets.

- Client retention and repeat business.

- Quality of client engagement and satisfaction.
