Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the Business Strategy for achieving the Sales Targets.
- Understanding the value drives of the business and identifying profitable opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
- Connect with the Top Builders, Contractors to generate Leads doing Project Sales.
- Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the Customers (Existing and New) requirements to ensure that their needs are being met & Positive Word of Mouth is spread by Customers.
- Working closely with the Sales Manager and Business Head to manage key customers (Existing and New), thereby improving turnover and profitability.
- Ensuring that reviews are carried out with Customers, to ensure that their needs are being met and that excellent customer service is achieved and, developing future improvements/services for the customers.
- Maintaining an awareness of external factors (including competitors, government business initiatives, current and proposed legislation) which impact the business.
- Communicating such information and any subsequent changes to the Sales Manager and Business Head.
- Communicating with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve the Sales Targets.
- Collating and analyzing business data.
- Updating and Maintaining Company App on regular Basis.
- Daily and Monthly reports to be sent to Sales Manager and Business Head.
