Job Description: We are seeking a candidate with 8+ years of experience working as Business Manager - Enterprise Customer - to join our team in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within named enterprise accounts.
- Focus on promoting and selling IT Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, and IPA solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Account Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic discussions with clients to identify growth opportunities.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and account managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to drive business objectives.
- Encourage continuous learning and development within the team.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
- Work with the leadership team to develop and refine go-to-market strategies for the enterprise segment.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Coordinate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.
- Collaborate with the IPA practice team to identify and drive automation opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the leadership team.
- Track and report key metrics related to business development and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years focused on Staff Augmentation and Managed Services, and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the IT infrastructure and software services landscape.
- Knowledge of IPA solutions and experience in product selling is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
