About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our client base in key metro locations Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in HR technology or enterprise software, and thrives in consultative, solution-oriented selling environments.

This is a strategic role that demands strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with enterprise clients.

This is a Work from Office role. There is no remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the HR Tech and enterprise software sectors.

- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy focused on mid to large-sized enterprises.

- Build strong relationships with HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and decision-makers.

- Conduct client presentations and product demos tailored to client-specific needs.

- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver compelling client experiences.

- Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales pipeline, forecasts, and activities using CRM tools.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

1. HR Technology / SaaS Sales

- Experience selling ATS, talent management platforms, or employee engagement tools.

- Deep understanding of HR buyer personas and decision-making processes.

- Background with companies like Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.

- Skilled in managing complex B2B sales cycles and stakeholder alignment.

3. Recruitment / Staffing Industry

- Existing relationships with HR and TA leaders.

- Firsthand understanding of recruitment pain points and talent workflows.

4. Video Technology / Communication Platforms

- Experience with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or interview tech solutions.

- Technical know-how of video-enabled communication tools.

Secondary Target Industries:

5. Consulting Services

- Proven consultative selling experience with enterprise clients.

- Ability to position services as solutions to business challenges.

6. EdTech / Learning Platforms

- Representatives familiar with selling technology solutions that improve processes and outcomes in professional development contexts.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the specified industries.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

- High proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.

- Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach.
